What are the best aspects of this product?

Mailbird allows you to view multiple email accounts and multiple calendars in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The options for formatting the text in an email aren't as sophisticated as I'd like. In particular, when I copy and paste information from Word to Mailbird, bullets and indentation sometimes get lost, and line spacing from word doesn't look right in Mailbird, and can't be adjusted.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better control over formatting of text.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Each employee has multiple email accounts, and it was troublesome to switch between different interfaces to view each. Mailbird gives us one place for everything.
