What are the best aspects of this product?
Unified inbox, multiple account types (Google, Outlook, ProtonMail, IMAP, etc) fast searching, in-app integrations and a clean, easy UX/UI.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing that cannot be fixed with a change to settings or contacting support. Pretty much works out of the box.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Synchronisation of accounts between machines (work desktop and laptop for example)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Outlook was becoming impractical with the number of G Suite accounts needing to be added. There are options for single inbox for G Suite with other software, but that is all they do. Mailbird combine the best of all of these into one app, allowing single point of reference for email and more.
