What are the best aspects of this product?
MailChimp has been in our team for quite a while, and we use it for all sorts of activities: sending news, sharing events, promotion sales, and press releases with current and prospective customers. Everything in our team rotates around MailChimp-it is the easiest and most efficient tool we've ever used! The reason why we chose it is that it is very well integrated, and that means the world to our industry. MailChimp is also friendly and fast, and I think everybody should at least try it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would prefer more font customization options, but I understand that's not easy with so many integrations around. What would be really cool (and I think it's even possible) is to create an email database, and to archive all emails I've sent using MailChimp. There are obviously outdated lists we don't need anymore, but you never know when a user can appear with a specific request, and it's better to send mails to a centralized location, instead of cluttering the dashboard with them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using professional email updates to let customers know about our events, promotions, and all sorts of news, without spending too much time to do it. Being able to integrate it with all websites and event platforms we are using was an additional bonus thanks to which we expanded our reach and our online presence.
