What are the best aspects of this product?
Both the free and premium versions are great to use! The premium version has more functionalities, but that doesn't make the free version unimpressive. The templates would surely make your emails look professional and engaging. On the backend, everything is so organized and easy to manage.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they need to improve on their customer support because sometimes you have to learn to resolve the issues yourself and it's a bit time-consuming.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It definitely lightens our workload because of the auto-response feature, social network integrations, and the quick email feature.
