What are the best aspects of this product?
The design and interface of this software are straightforward to use and very intuitive. It is also straightforward to understand how to use and makes getting data out very easy.
The campaign dashboard for this software is very friendly. When the user is replicating a campaign, you can be able to see all information on one page instead of clicking through separate pages. You will therefore not fear if something changed because it is evident in one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The premium account is a bit costly and might not be the best choice if the user has to send high-volume of mails but with lesser cost.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see it easier to send emails outside of campaigns. Despite being a marketing software, it would be very good for the users if it is much easy to send emails to persons by using the HTML design.
I think that MailChimp has the chance of improving the metrics of geolocation. It will help in learning the behavior of the audience mostly when handling a large number of mails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We would send out marketing mails manually but MailChimp has saved huge amount of time and effort by allowing for automated mails and this time and effort has been directed towards managing the leads. We can also update our clients frequently on the projects of the company and other important updates and they are now able to reach to our company more for our services and the number of the clients coming into the company has risen.
