What are the best aspects of this product?

I hate to compare, but this software is so much better than MailChimp -- more user-friendly, provides more options, and better customer service!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we could integrate the other platforms/apps that we're using in the business into this platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reaching out and updating to stakeholders, most especially donors, became convenient with this app. Email marketing results also improved, probably because of the good templates!
