What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface is phenomenal, and the integration to my website was seamless. I had a question for customer service, and I expected an answer "within 24 hours" per most other sites. I received a personal email in response 15 minutes later. So very impressed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't found anything yet, but I am still in the nascent stages of using the features. I am excited to see what else Mailerlite can do to increase my reader retention and up my subscribers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I needed an easy and reliable email signup and mailer, and Mailerlite delivered in spades!
