I like the very streamlined and non-fussy UI of this tool. It is easy to use and understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is on the slower end compared to other competitors. You will have to wait a few seconds longer to navigate around the tool.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to adjust the count-down timer in more ways, such as having an evergreen timer and also removing the days and seconds part of the timer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We finally have a robust and trusted email marketing provider.
