Extremely helpful especially for beginners

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform is really intuitive and well-rounded. I love how simple the interface is. It's not hard to learn which makes it beginner-friendly. The support team is also always ready to help! They are extremely prepared with visual guides and even written instructions to address customer concerns. I couldn't ask for a better customer support service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some button isn’t that easy to see. So, perhaps the developers can improve the layout a bit to optimize workspaces within the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It basically saved me a lot of time to get my job/tasks done. I am running several campaigns in different locations and MailerLite was able to organize it in a way where I can see the status of all the campaigns, all at once in a single screen.
