What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a really generous app! It has so many functions, and the developers made sure that new instructions to utilize each function will be sent out to users when needed. It allows you to have up to 1000 subscribers and send out 12,000 emails a month even if you're using a free account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are a little confusing such as determining double options which makes managing the subscriber list a bit laborious.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business is just starting so are funds are limited. This app generously helps us in building and expanding our business without having to spend so much.
