What are the best aspects of this product?

I haven't used MailerLite yet as I had a couple questions. I received a very quick response from Norbert who answered my question. When I asked a followup question, I received another quick response. So far given my limited experience, their customer service is very prompt and helpful, which is important to me since I'm not getting any help from MailChimp, probably because I have a free account there. MailLite also has competitive pricing and offers non-profits a 30% discount and if you pay annually instead of monthly, they provide a 30% discont.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
