What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is almost incomparable to its competitors like MailChimp in terms of features and customer service. MailerLite has a wide variety of features (add-ons) that come with its base price. If I'm using MailChimp, I have to pay a fee to get such features. The support staff is really reliable!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have negative things to say about this platform. It's perfect!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending out newsletters to subscribers is a lot more convenient when using MailerLiter. This platform gave us leverage when it comes to marketing.
