What are the best aspects of this product?

Two of my favorite things about this platform are its competitive price and its simple and intuitive automation systems! It offers so much for very little cost. They offer a free plan -- not a trial plan, so you can use it for as long as you want. With subscriber (1000) and email (10,000) limits, of course!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's understandable, but customizing can be a problem when using a free plan because only a few options for templates are available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automating email sequences for our business is so much convenient now, and even more effective.
