What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its functionality! Everything I loved with other platforms, such as creating landing pages, grouping subscribers, and automating visuals, are all combined in MailerLite. It's a user-friendly app -- really functional and intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up accounts requires a lot of work since you have to fill in a lot of details. While I totally understand the reason behind this, I think it will scare off some users especially those who are new to the field.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes my job easier. Setting up automated email workflows is now a breeze with MailerLite's intuitive interface.
