What are the best aspects of this product?

I find this program really useful especially with its automated mailing, split campaign, and analytics features. I use this app to send out training emails to new staff and newsletters to our customers. The available templates make it so much easier for me to keep in touch with stakeholders and other key people in my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

MailerLite won't allow you to open an account unless your emails are linked to your own website or any legit website for that matter. I totally do understand it is necessary to filter out spams. Searching for a specific subscriber can be a hassle. I hope the developers add an option to do this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app helped me a lot to keep my new staff on the loop and ensure that they receive regular training. It's easy to monitor who receives the training (and who actually opens the mailed training). It also ensures our visibility to our customers.
