What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use. The features like automation, forms, and detailed analytics. I got a promotion at work because I introduced Mailerlite to the company. It is so effective and reliable. The customer care service (especially Viada) is top-notch. They make the work easier. Wait a minute, did I forget to say the fantastic templates they have? Oh my goodness!!! What cant they do?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The pricing is a bit too high. Also, integration with other programs and website needs to be worked on. Lastly, the mobile app needs more features.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
AI (LOL) I would love custom-made emails written for me.

Sales. Since introducing Mailerlite, Our sales have tripled and our community has grown.
