What are the best aspects of this product?
The campaigns, automations and integration with the Stripe payment processing platform are easy to setup and work perfectly. Email deliverability is as good as it gets and beats other more expensive solutions by a long shot. My experience with the support team really amazed me. I had made a mistake with my CloudFlare configuration. Maria from MailerLite Support identified the problem extremely quickly, it was all sorted out in no time. I can honestly say that I have never encountered such effective support before in my entire life.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't encountered any issues or anything that I'm unhappy with. I've been able to achieve everything that I set out to achieve with the only issues being errors on my part. Thankfully the support team are super helpful and talented.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I've been sitting here trying to think of what new features or services I would like, but I can't come up with anything. The platform plenty of functionality as is. I can imagine some people wanting more complex automations, but I've been able to do everything that I want in that regard.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Solutions for newsletters, email campaigns, signing up for trial software (automated), integration with Stripe including customers automatically joining groups based on purchases and the automatic sending of emails to customers post them making a purchase. I could not be happier with MailerLite.
