Very easy to use and excellent customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am comparing 3 solutions for our project and MailerLite is by far the best.

Very easy and intuitive to use.
Everything I need built in: Website/Landing page builder, payment systems, double opt-in, customize to our domain, DKIM and SPF integrations to ensure deliverability, campaign automation and email flow, nice UI and even a developer API.
FANTASTIC customer support - Very fast and had a solution for each of my questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Takes a few seconds to load the editor - Nothing crazy.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I need to be able to limit the number of subscriptions per product - This feature is currently not there but it has been added to the 'feature request' queue (And I have a workaround so the product is still functional for me).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mailerlite supports our entire product line for this project.
