Mailjet is robust in useful functionalities: sending and receiving marketing emails; tracking contact lists and updating it in real-time to factor in potential clients' online habits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful if Mailjet could notify if an email hasn't been opened so we make sure we don't miss anything.
