What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Mailjet because of its easily configurable email templates and robust documentation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The management of contact lists is quite difficult. There's no easy way to merge and you cannot add more contacts into an ongoing campaign.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Emailing newsletters used to be a challenge mainly because of the layouting part. But Mailjet helped me in this aspect and assisted in many other ways that made the entire marketing work be performed with a breeze.
