PROS: I like its user-friendliness and multi-functionality.
CONS: The product comes with tons of features and solutions. So it would be quite difficult to get a hang of the product at first. But they do offer a comprehensive knowledge base as well as classroom training sessions. The latter is helpful but I wish they give platform users more access to it.
