What are the best aspects of this product?
I like its user-friendliness and multi-functionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product comes with tons of features and solutions. So it would be quite difficult to get a hang of the product at first. But they do offer a comprehensive knowledge base as well as classroom training sessions. The latter is helpful but I wish they give platform users more access to it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The solution that helped me the most is the Manhattan WMS's labor management service. It helped me do more throughout my shift.
