Really outstanding software

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a really excellent tool that can do so many things. It has met practically every one of our business needs and has helped streamline our processes and make them more efficient. Best of all, there isn't a steep learning curve to contend with, and our team quickly learned how to use this!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area they do need to improve on is by adding more customization options. I would like to see more of those available for several industries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, our business no longer has to worry about keeping data in order. Organizing is now so much easier, which has also made it easier to plan and analyze past and present data. More effective campaigns can now be mounted thanks to the information that the tool provides us with.
