Excellent for digital marketers

What are the best aspects of this product?

While its current package of features is already more than satisfactory, we love that Marketo constantly upgrades its system for the better. The platform is very customer-centric as it holds a major workshop once a year to enable users to maximize the functionalities of Marketo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We often encounter bugs and we think it requires some basic knowledge on digital marketing for users to easily get by with the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Marketo automates all parts of the marketing cycle. One of my favorites is its ready-made templates which saves me a lot of time when I need to draft urgent marketing emails.
