Marketo is a time-saver as it lays down everything you need in creating a marketing campaign. You don't have to start from scratch and create them manually as Marketo automates the process up to the end of the marketing process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm looking for more room to personalize the campaigns so it can better serve my needs. I have elevated this feedback to its technical support and they had promised to resolve how to incorporate them into next upgrades.
