Marketo has superb automation capabilities that satisfy our business down to minutest detail. We love that we can filter contacts based on demographic info. It captures large sets of data and effectively capitalizes on them. The interface is very easy to use. It doesn't take long before everyone in the team can maneuver within it adeptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has great room for improvement in providing more relevant info on reporting as well as making visualization of reports easier to understand.
