What are the best aspects of this product?

Marketo sends marketing emails to fast and on a massive scale while ensuring the messages reach their specific target audience. In addition, it integrates rather smoothly with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is not that exhaustive when it comes to reporting. I think a big part of this is owed to that the platform is old, which also gives way for occasional bugs and lags. On top of all this, customer service offers minimal assistance to fix these issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Marketo has become central not only in our marketing campaign but also in our overall communications to stakeholders and prospective clients.
