What are the best aspects of this product?

Marketo expanded our digital footprint to an extent we did not imagine possible. We owe this to optimized ad spending, improved consumer engagement, tailored messages, and measuring and optimizing ROI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a deep learning curve before getting a hang of it and actually rolling out a campaign. I felt an actual instructor would be much more helpful than a set of video tutorials.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We succeeded in converting our targets into customers which wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Marketo since we have o inkling how to source the right leads. It's now a matter of maintaining their trust and loyalty, and we believe Marketo can help us in this goal. We will continue to harness Marketo's management and performance tracking features.
