PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It requires quite a while to learn, exactly why they require their initial training. But after that, using it becomes a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had a terrible customer service experience with Marketo. We had to endure two support teams that were equally lacking the technical knowledge to address our concerns, even as they promised they could do so. What's worse is we had to reiterate our concerns because for some reason the previous representative failed to document our complaints! That phase was a total nightmare and if that happens again, we will strongly consider cutting off Marketo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Marketo brought more order in how we manage campaigns. This is especially helpful if you're a multinational firm that is continuously expanding. We finally settled with great branding that we can ensure is maintained across all countries where we operate.
