This client communication tool is helpful in keeping track of contacts proactively. It lets me keep tabs on my tasks to help make sure what is being promised to clients is successfully delivered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vast features of this tool can be overwhelming. The ability to try making use of all of them is a seriousd drawback that needs to be addressed. Client segregation can be a strain to our current system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability for correspondence to be centralized as well digital contact note creation are some of the worthy upsides of this tool. Its assistant can gain data access for information placement. From a compliance perspective, paper and electronic-based notes are a big plus.
