Pros:
I've used Maximizer for a number of years and I find it very simple to use. It does a fairly good job in organizing opportunities and leads for our business and is an valuable tool for day-to-day work. As a matter of fact, I spend a bulk of my work using this platform! Setup was straightforward and support are always available to answer any issues.

Cons:
It would be nice to see dashboard reporting enhancements.

Pros:
With constant research and enhanced consultation, keeping tabs with the latest marketing technolgoy, setup of this CRM is tailored to mesh with our business and facility while helping us meet currently industry compliance. Maximizer offers excellent customer suport and is user friendly.

Cons:
I'd like to have a drag-and-drop feature that would make it easy to attach any docs to an e-mail for viewing.
