What are the best aspects of this product?
I've had Maximizer since the 90s and just recently, I made the upgrade to the online version. I constantly use it abd it's been helpful to me since day one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's no much to not like with this tool. I expected it to be customizable but I often use it for basic contact management.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helped me deal with a number of business related tasks. It assisted to organize my clients as well retrieve and store data.
