What are the best aspects of this product?

I find Maximizer to be user friendly. You can document just about anything from clients in a single database consisting of data, notes, and files. Their calendar is perfect handling multiple users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instances where Maximizer would mysteriously log you out or shut down for no reason. Faulty integration is noticeable between Maximizer's own calendar and the Outlook calendar. From time to time, the platform would run really slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're currently running a multi-user office and it's critical to keep all of our client data updated. Having client data nearby makes this platform a keeper.
