PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease-of-use and speed for first time users is unmatched to any software product I've ever demonstrated or used. Fast customer support and customization is a strong asset, also. The software speed - either on the desktop or mobile version - is fantastic...excellent experienced, qualified technology partner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Cannot think of any problems - been using versions of this since the early-mid 90s and it's rock solid.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see enhanced and complete "Leads" and "Orders" components.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our sales force finds the recall on documents, interface, and speed of particular advantages, especially Maximizer Mobile when they're on the road. Overall contacts, mapping, and territory management were aided with the implementation of the Mazimizer software package.
