What are the best aspects of this product?
I can have all my contacts and their info in one accessible location. Regular tasks can be made through action plans. E-mail templates makes it easy to connecte to my regular clients. I can make UDF additions for tracking and sort out data I like.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Programs for direct use can be linked to my office phone. This makes it easier to call clients and prompt call logging whenever I pick up a call. Sadly, I no longer see these features on my phone.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Constant updates on KYC. Having the capacity for client contact proof for audit. With the platform, I've improved client relationships since accurate data is always at my fingertips.
