What are the best aspects of this product?

This CRM can be modified to meet our business structure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's susceptible for any user to incorrectly input contacts. I wish all of my clients' addresses and phone numbers are uniformly arranged. A G-mail integration would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back then, we have no way of keeping track of customers and being updated with them. Now, this tool makes it possible to schedule reminders while keeping tabs on them. The Opporunities section is a cool feature that lets us know what's currently in the pipeline.
