What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use, allocation of all relevant information in one "Ticket / Task" with Checklists, assignments and the formatting of the text to highlight changes or important aspects

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All features are working perfectly, just some improvements, please see below.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

- Display of dependencies of different tickets in a flow chart diagram
- Easier Formatting of Text (Buttons / HTML)
