A great tool to use for standardizing addresses

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are using Melissa primarily for verifying addresses and we usually get accurate results. The platform also helps us know whether the address given is valid or not, or And whenever a contact changes their address, we can easily track the accessory information like the street name.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't find any problem with the system. But just like anything else, there's always a room for improvement. I suggest they add an ability to fetch accessory information about an address like its subdivision. The more detailed it is, the better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our work is all about ensuring that addresses adhere to USPS standards and Melissa helps us get it done.
