What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer service that Melissa Data provides is superb. Their response time is almost instant, they listen well and are really accommodating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I honestly have nothing against MD, great experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Perhaps still waiting for something that easily integrates with the Aptify Ams that we currently have.
