MD is the perfect Address Verification Solution that I need

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being with Melissa Data for years means being with an expert. There are so many things that I love about this product, it provides easy integration with our site, complete and updated addresses, special products and best of all no service interruption.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t tried other features since we have no use of them for now so no dislike but the features that we use in Melissa Data is perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mostly use the API for Address Object and it helps us deliver great customer service. With numerous transaction, we cannot simply tell whether it is a scam or real but with MD’s address information which is CASS certified we manage to verify data. The advanced feature for address standardization allows us to have a complete and accurate profile of our customer allowing us to personalized our approach.
