What are the best aspects of this product?

It has good documentation. Response time for cloud services and the customer service response to queries and concerns is quick. Customizing the platform is also easy and fast. The solutions in the data quality domain are nice but sadly we don't need it.

Everything is good so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to validate and standardized addresses quickly in real time without having to spend a significant amount of money paying for services. Also, we are saved from doing yearly maintenance since there's no need to install the product on-premise.
