PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We integrate the system with Salesforce to make processes semi-automated and it does work fairly well. It also got listware tools which make customizing stuff an easy task even if you have little knowledge of the Salesforce Visual Force. Their customer service team is also very responsive. They always fix things for us fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are using a managed package and we often had to store addresses more than once which is very time consuming and inefficient. I wish it would be fixed so we can use the time we spend storing addresses multiple times to do other important things. I also wish they add an ability to mark records that would not be included in the batch process. We also had problems with the "Move" processing so we just decided to turn it off.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has solved the problem with duplicated records, thanks to the listware tool.
