What are the best aspects of this product?

The tracking software is awesome once it's completely setup. I love acquiring daily and extensive reporting on my very own keywords. We've recently included the influencer database. I feel that would help improve our social channel outreach for pitcing in stories and making an evaluation on market opportunities. I'm thrilled with the CRM element included witin the influencer database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some elements of its UI are a bit clunky. Its new monitor dashboard takes some time to get used to. But give it time, I'll eventually fall for it. I'd like to sort out news stories. I hate the fact that once I've selected an influencer, I can't include them to another segmented list without having to not follow them and re-include them to multiple lists one time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We recently finished setting up the influencer/media database elements. I feel this would improve our outreach and marketing efforts significantly. We're a small-scale business with a number of needs in PR. Our budget is restricted and the same goes for our time. Meltwater helped us seek which stories are valuable for reach.
