What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how we're able to get high quality attention and concentration from our account executive. Even if we're running a small-scale business compared to the other accounts she has. It's awesome to know I can reach someone at any point in time. That way she can work quickly in resolving our issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This really isn't something that Meltwater has made wrongly. But the needs of our company have move moved. It would've been nice if one of our legacy contracts is paired with the listening platform. And then only thing we're paying would be what we're utilizing at present (Sprout Social Engage tool). The SSET is precisely what's needed since we don't have much media placements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've faced plenty of business issues that we're trying to take down. Thing is, we're running a small and under-staffed team. So trying to manage creative/development/management/distribution process of our social channels by means of a single tool is big. Certain tools within Sprout Social are something we're not taking advantage of although I'm hoping the new fiscal year can usher in new opportunities with Salesforce for generating leads. Also, taking in inquiries from customers.
