What are the best aspects of this product?

I logged into the platform and was quite surprised at how easy it is to use Meltwater to monitor our online content. The dashboard is so straightforward by providing you everything that you need in just one single click.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a bit pricey, especially for startups. It would be nice if they can offer other budget-friendly packages for clients to choose from. They should also work on fixing some of the bugs because it affects our ability to see real-time search results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives us the ability to get real-time feedback on our products and services. I get to read many news articles and even blogs that mention our products, which gives me an idea of how it stands and what needs to be done to make it better.
