What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't get enough of its customer support! The Meltwater team that my rep worked with are experts. They've been a big help to us. They usehred in awesome ideas that are useful. They imparted the things they saw that worked in other clients while ensuring other clients remain anonymous. It's been nothing but a great experience professionwise!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a manual approach when it comes to filtering search clutter. Even with the existing Boolean query builder, it's still clunky. If you're already experienced in building Boolean queries, it's not as bad as you'd think. But if you're a newbie, it can make life a little difficult.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meltwater is an awesome tool for our organization. It's used for measuring mediat mentions as well as sentiment. It enables us to choose on small publications and local outlets that could otherwise be flying under the radar. We're able to communicate more with our industry news to audiences of influencers we've targeted.
