What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s easy to see what goes on with our online campaigns by using Meltwater search filters. I can view and respond to comments and address concerns right away. This is an excellent tool that every business should utilize to increase their online exposure and promote brand awareness.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times where the searches won't load right away. I need to refresh the system several times or call support to address the issue. Also, it's not that compatible with other social media analytic platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Give me visibility on feedback and conversations that we would not normally see. We need this tool to help us become more visible and to provide better service.
