PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their products are nothing but easy! They're constantly adding functionality to their offering. That's a good thing as that would lead to enhanced results. I like their social channel monitoring and executive alerts. I'm seeing plenty more going in our industry befor taking a chance with Meltwater.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit high in terms of pricing. At times, I feel a bit rushed taking advantage ofthe product's newo offerings. It'd be nice to see products bundled together at a reasonable pricing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can track our social mentions and news via the tools offered by Meltwater. These can be in the form of standard alerts to executive alerts. Keywords being entered can be drilled to precisely to what I desire. That means going for the things I'd like to see to the ones I don't. And getting minute-by-minute feeds.
