What are the best aspects of this product?

Meltwater helps us understand what goes on with our business by pulling up relevant searches using this platform. I can do unlimited searches and categorize them the way I want to see them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should work on some of their existing issues to make it more convenient for users like me to do online searches. I usually filter for more news feeds, but I can’t view it right away on the feed. I still would have to type in some relevant keywords to come up with more satisfactory results. Also, I’m hoping that they can develop a way to monitor the number of times a product/service was discussed or mentioned in a radio show. I know its quite difficult to do this even on online radio stations, but it plays a big part in analyzing how the general public reacts to our brand.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us come up with relevant data that we use to drive brand awareness. There is no need for intensive research to get actual numbers and feedback because Meltwater can give you all these relevant results no matter where you are located.
