What are the best aspects of this product?

Each Meltwater aspect has been tremendous. And it came with some worthy standouts. Initially, I like how simple it can be to explore via both search functionality and influencer database. I'm happy with the quickness of its result loading time. Our older PR platforms took a long while to load.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

After playing around with Meltwater for a few months, I'm proud to say that there are zero things that I dislike with it. The only complaint I got is that certain outlets being pitched by me were lacking in Meltwater's system. My rep is there working with me to migrate such outlets directly to the system. He's definitely been a big help. I was hoping Meltwater would taking in editorial calendars in their system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can swiftly and efficiently make media lists in distributing the right info. It's bad enough to have an outlet to pitch and finding out the data you possess in which reporters are covering certain beats is nowhere are precise. By means of delivering adequate data in a swift manner, Meltware gives us the ability to deliver media hits with very little staff in play. In addition, we're offering clients PR reports that showcase AVE. Through Meltwater's data, we can give clients accurate numbers that will likely be more favorable according to the rate cards.
